摘    要:目的 总结复制改良大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植模型的体会.方法 健康远交系Wistar大鼠为供体,SD大鼠为受体,各80只,将供心移植于受体的腹腔内,供心的升主动脉及右肺动脉分别与受体的腹主动脉和下腔静脉做端侧吻合;术后第3、5、7天各取5例移植心脏行组织学检查.结果 成功建立75例大鼠异位心脏移植模型,供心缺血时间(28±5.5)min,手术成功率93.75%(75/80).大鼠移植后均呈急性排斥反应改变.结论 通过调整动脉吻合口与静脉吻合口管径比率进一步完善改良移植模型,可稳定诱导急性排斥反应发生.

Abstract:Objective To review the experience of setting up improved cardiac transplantation model in rats.Methods Eighty Wistar rats were used as donors while 80 SD rats were selected as recipients to study cell immune tolerance of acute rejection after heterotopic cardiac transplantation.The heart of Wistar rats was transplanted in abdominal cavity of SD rats.The aortic ascent artery and the right pulmonary artery of Wistar rats were connected respectively with the abdominal aortic artery and the inferior vena cava of SD rats.The operation was considered successful if the recipient rat and graft survived over 5 days.Five animals were randomly chosen for histological examination on day 3,5,7.Results We have set up the model of heterotopic heart transplantation in 75 rats,and the rate of success was 93.75%(75/80).The ischemic time of the donor heart was from 22.5 to 33.5 min.Histologically confirmed acute rejection was found in experiment group.Conclu-sion A steady animal transplantation model could be developed through adjusting the anastomosis of arteries and veins based on our improved technique of heart transplantation.
