磷酸肌酸对小儿病毒性心肌炎合并心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的：评价外源性磷酸肌酸（CP）对病毒性心肌炎并发心力衰竭患儿的治疗效果。方法我院病毒性心肌炎并发心力衰竭患儿51例，随机分为磷酸肌酸组（CP组）26例和1，6-二磷酸果糖（FDP）组25例，在常规治疗基础上2组分别给予CP和FDP治疗，观察治疗前后心脏彩色多普勒超声了解左室射血分数（EF）和短轴缩短率（FS）。结果 CP组治疗有效率为84.6%，FDP组有效率为52.0%。2组有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗后2组EF、FS均较治疗前有所改善，但CP组心功能改善更加明显（P＜0.05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上给予磷酸肌酸，能较好地改善病毒性心肌炎患儿的心脏功能。

The curative effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of children viral myocarditis complicated with heart failure

Objective To evaluate the effect of creatine phosphate （CP）on the treatment of children viral myocarditis complicated with heart failure. Methods 51 cases of children viral myocarditis complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into creatine phosphate group （CP group）and 1,6-two fructose diphosphate group（FDP group）with 26 cases and 25 cases respectively,on the basis of conventional therapy,two groups were treated with CP and FDP. Cardiac color Doppler to left ventricular ejection fraction（EF）,short axial shortening rate（FS）of two groups before and after treatment was observed. Results The efficiency of CP group was 84.6%,and FDP group was 52.0%, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,EF and FS of two groups was improved after treatment,however,the heart function improved significantly in CP group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion VMC can improve cardiac function in children with viral myocarditis.
