稽留流产绒毛组织人细小病毒B19、巨细胞病毒及弓形体感染的研究

摘    要:为研究小病毒B19、巨细胞病毒、弓形体与稽留流产的关系,应用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)检测稽留流产103例及人工流产53例的绒毛组织中3种病原体DNA。结果发现流产组细小病毒、巨细胞病毒、弓形体感染率分别为17.47%、25.24%、29.13%,明显高于对照组,流产组两种及两种以上的病原体感染者20例,而对照组无多种病原体感染者。由此证明导致稽留流产可以一种病原体感染引起,也可能是多种病原体感染

Abstract:To determine whether there is a relationship between infections of human Parvovirus B19, Cytomegalovirus, toxoplasmosis and missed abortion, embryo tissues from 103 cases of missed abortions of unknown cause were studied by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay for 3 viruses. Fifty three fetal tissues were also examined as controls. The prevalence of Parvovirus B19 DNA, Cytomegalovirus, toxoplasmosis were 17.47%, 25.24%, 29.13% in the sera of abortion pregnant women, respectively. There was a significant difference in the control group. The results suggested that parvovirus B19 infection might be an important pathogen for missed abortion.
