复方苦参注射液佐治慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效观察

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合α-2β干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将210例患者随机分为对照组100例、治疗组110例,其中对照组皮下注射α-2β干扰素300 IU,1日1次,15 d后改为隔日1次,疗程3个月;治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方苦参注射液,静脉滴注,1日1次,疗程3个月。结果:治疗后的ALT复常率、HBeAg及HBV-DNA阴转率,治疗组为90.0%、67.3%、69.1%,对照组为74.0%、38.0%、40.0%;随访1年的ALT复常率、HBeAg及HBV-DNA阴转率,治疗组为86.4%、65.5%、65.5%,对照组为70.0%、36.0%、38.0%,免疫功能测定指标有显著增加,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合α-2β干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效优于单用干扰素,其能使人体细胞免疫功能增强。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection in Co-treating Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection combined with α-2β interferon in treating patient with chronic hepatitis B.METHODS：A total of 210 patients were randomly assigned to either control group（n=100） or treatment group（n=110）.The patients in the control group were injected hypodermically with α-2β interferon（300 IU） for 3 months（q.d for the first 15 days followed by Qod,every other day）,and the patients in the treatment group received add-on Compound Kushen Injection iv gtt q.d for 3 months on the basis of the control group.RESULTS：In the treatment group,the ALT normalization rate,negative-conversion rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA after treatment were 90.0%,67.3% and 69.1%,respectively,as compared with 74.0%,38.0% and 40.0% in the control group after treatment;At 1-year follow-up,normalization rate,negative-conversion rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA in the treatment group were 86.4%,65.5% and 65.5%,as compared with 70.0%,36.0% and 38.0% in the control group.The indexes of immune function increased significantly,and significant differences were found between the two groups（P0.01）.CONCLUSION：The curative efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection combined with α-2β interferon is better than interferon alone in treating patient with chronic hepatitis B,and it could enhance the immune function of human cells.
