盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生症疗效观察

目的:研究盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生症的有效性和安全性。方法:将94例良性前列腺增生门诊患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组47例,定期观察,记录患者前列腺体积、症状评分、残余尿量、尿流率变化以及尿潴留和血尿的发生率。结果:治疗组用药3个月均见效,12个月观察前列腺体积缩小,最大尿流率增加,国际前列腺症状评分下降,残余尿量下降。未发生尿潴留、血尿、前列腺增生引起的肾功能不全及反复的泌尿系统感染。联合用药可延缓病情进展,降低终点事件发生率。结论:盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生症,可减轻前列腺症状,改善最大尿流率,减少尿潴留及前列腺源性血尿和手术干预的发生率。

Observation on Curative Efficacy of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules Combined with Finasteride Tablets in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

OBJECTIVE：To study the efficacy and safety of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules combined with Finasteride Tablets for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.METHODS：94 BPH patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 47 each.The changes in the size of prostate,the score of symptoms,the residual urine volume and the urine flow rate,and the incidence rates of urine retention and hematuria of the patients were periodically observed and recorded.RESULTS：In the treatment group,all the patients showed response after treatment of 3 months,at 12 month,there were diminution of the size of prostate,increase of the maximal urine flow rate,decrease of International Prostate Symptom Scores（IPSS） and decrease of residual urine volume.No urine retention,hematuria,BPH-induced renal inadequacy or repeated urinary system infection were noted.Combined drug use could delay the progression of the disease and lower the incidence of the end point events.CONCLUSION：Treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules combined with Finasteride Tablets could relieve the system of the prostate,improve the maximal urine flow rate,and reduce the incidences of urine retention,and prostatic hematuria and surgical intervention.
