2008—2009年住院患者抗微生物药应用分析

目的：了解2008—2009年住院患者抗微生物药应用情况,为抗微生物药的合理应用与管理提供依据。方法：收集2008—2009年住院患者抗微生物药使用资料,对销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行回顾性分析。结果：2年中抗微生物药销售金额占药品销售总金额的比例呈下降趋势;头孢菌素类、碳青霉烯类、氟喹诺酮类抗微生物药的销售金额各年度均位于前3位;注射用头孢吡肟的销售金额和DDDs排序各年度均列首位。结论：我院住院患者抗微生物药的使用基本合理,但仍存在选择起点过高、少数品种过量使用、分级管理不够严格等问题。

Analysis on Drug Use of Antimicrobials in the Inpatients During the Period of 2008-2009

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the drug use of antimicrobials in the inpatients from 2008 to 2009 to provide references for rational use and management of antimicrobials.METHODS：The data related to the use of antimicrobials in the inpatients in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 were collected for retrospective analysis on the consumption sum and DDDs etc.RESULTS：The proportion of the consumption sum of antimicrobial drugs in the total drug consumption sum showed a downward trend over the 2 years.Cephalosporins,carbapenems,quinolones ranked among the first three places in terms of consumption sum and Cefepime for injection took the lead in both consumption sum and DDDs in each year from 2008 to 2009.CONCLUSION：The drug use of antimicrobials in the inpatients of our hospital is rational on the whole,but there are still some problems such as high starting point in drug selection,overdose of a few of drugs and loose management at different levels etc.
