对中药药源性疾病及中药不良反应的探讨

目的:探讨中药药源性疾病及中药不良反应。方法:参考相关文献,进行归纳和分析。结果与结论:药源性疾病所造成的药源性伤害是目前国内外关注的重要问题。药品不良反应仅是药源性疾病的一部分,两者不能混为一谈。中药不良反应与药品质量事故、用药不当、药品调剂不当、使用方法不当、使用假药劣药有着本质的区别。客观、全面地分析引起药源性疾病的原因,更有利于避免及减少药源性伤害的发生,保障群众健康,推进中医药事业的发展。

Discussion on Traditional Chinese Drug-Induced Disease and Adverse Drug Reactions

OBJECTIVE：To discuss the traditional Chinese drug-induced disease and adverse drug reactions.METHODS：We referred,summarized and analyzed the pertinent literature.RESUTLSCONCLUSION：Drug-induced harm caused by drug-induced diseases is an important issue of great concern both at home and abroad.Adverse drug reactions are only a part of drug-induced disease and the two shouldn＇t be confused with each other.Traditional Chinese drug-induced adverse drug reactions were essentially different from drug quality accidents,improper drug use,improper drug dispensing,improper administration and use of quack and inferior drugs.Objective and thorough analysis on the causes of drug-induced disease is more helpful for avoiding and reducing the occurrence of drug-induced harm,safeguarding public health and promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprise.
