Abstract:Objective To explore the effective teaching model of professional practice teaching. Methods The new professional practice teaching modewas employed in the experimental group, using "2 + 1" and " 16 + 2" of the school training - clinical noviciate - clinical practice alternating and consistent style, and the assessment methods were reformed. The comprehensive skills of nursing students were evaluated through nursing skills. Results The scores of operation and theoretical knowledge, and the comprehensive skills of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The professional practice teaching model was scientific and effective, and worthy of being popularized.
