| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨影像学检查在早期反射性交感神经营养不良 (RSD)诊断中的意义。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 3例早期RSD患者的临床和影像学检查特点。结果 :全部患者全身骨扫描检查发现受累肢体有明显的放射性异常浓集。 1例患者MRI检查可发现在平片中不易发觉的骨侵蚀。结论 :骨扫描和MRI有助于RSD的早期诊断 ,且优于X线平片和CT平扫。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To investigate the significance of Imaging modalities in the early diagnosis of reflex sympathetic dystrophy(RSD). Materials and Methods:the clinical manifestations and imaging characteristics of three early RSD patients were report and the current data were reviewed. Results:Increased scintigraphic uptake in the involved extremities were significantly demonstrated. One patient underwent MRI and the early bony erosions which were not visible in plain films could be clearly seen on MRI. Conclusion:Bone scintigraphy and MRI were superior to plain films and CT scan for the early diagnosis of RSD. |
