金芪降糖片对60例2型糖尿病血糖及胰岛β细胞功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察金芪降糖片对2型糖尿病(DM)血糖及胰岛B细胞功能相关指标的影响。方法:90例使用口服降糖药而血糖控制不佳的2型DM病人分为2组,对照组30例病人继续原治疗方案,试验组60例病人在原治疗方案基础上再加用金芪降糖片,每次8~10片,tid。12 wk后观察血糖、胰岛素、C肽、糖化血红蛋白(HbA)、血糖达标率及血脂的变化。同时以HOMA模型计算胰岛素分泌指数(Homa-β)、Homa胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)。结果:12 wk后,试验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbA和总胆固醇、三酰甘油显著下降,对照组无明显变化,2组差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),血糖达标率高于对照组(P<0.01);空腹胰岛素、C肽无明显变化(P>0.05),餐后2 h胰岛素、C肽升高(P<0.01),且2组差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。Homa- β上升了11±s 6,Homa-IR下降0.7±0.5(P<0.01)。结论:金芪降糖片对2型DM病人在降血糖同时,亦能改善胰岛β细胞功能。

Abstract:AIM: To observe the effects of Jinqi Jiangtang tablet on the blood glucose and the indexes related to pancreatic beta cell function in type 2 diabetics. METHODS: Ninety patients of type 2 diabetes with plasma glucose poorly controlled undertaking oral hypoglycemic agents (OHA) therapy were divided into control group and test group. Thirty patients of control group continued the original OHA therapy for 12 wk, while sixty patients of test group took Jinqi Jiangtang tablet 8-10,po,tid together with original OHA also for 12 wk. The changes of blood glucose, insulin, peptide C, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA_(1c)), targets of glycemic control and blood fat before and after treatment were recorded and compared. AT the same time, Homa-β and Homa-IR were calculated through HOMA model. RESULTS: After 12 wk of treatment, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose,HbA_(1c), total cholesterol and triglycerides of the test group were significantly decreased (P < 0.01), whereas these indexes were not changed obviously in the control group and there were significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). The targets of glycemic control in the test group were superior to those in the control group (P < 0.01). The postprandial serum insulin and postprandial serum peptide C were dramatically increased in the test group (P < 0.01 ), but the fasting serum insulin and fasting serum peptide C were not changed obviously (P > 0.05), simultaneously with 11±s 6 increase of Homa-β± and 0.7 ± 0.5 decrease of Homa-IR after 12 wk treatment(P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Jinqi Jiangtang tablet possess the capability to decrease blood glucose and promote the pancreatic beta cell function in type 2 diabetics.
