| 摘 要： | 目的观察通脉调气辨证推拿法对紧张性头痛的临床疗效。方法根据不同的临床分型,对150例紧张性头痛患者施以通脉调气推拿法治疗,并进行生理、行为评分,疼痛强度评分及临床疗效观察。结果疗程结束后150例患者的总评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),总有效率为93.3%,各型患者治疗后的有效率均大于90%。结论“通脉调气”辨证推拿法可改善紧张性头痛患者的临床症状,对各型患者的疗效均较明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of vessels-freeing and qi-regulating Tuina therapy for tension headache.Methods Totally 150 cases of tension headache were treated by vessels-freeing and qi-regulating Tuina therapy according to their clinical types.Scores of physiology,behavior and painful intensity,and therapeutic effect were observed.Results After treatment,the total score of 150 patients decreased significantly (P<0.01).The total effective rate was 93.3%,and the effective rate of all types was higher than 90%.Conclusion Vessels-freeing and qi-regulating Tuina therapy is effective for all types of intension headache and can relieve clinical symptoms. |
