CT对间质性肺疾病的诊断价值

目的探讨CT表现对间质性肺疾病的诊断价值。方法对诊断明确的71例间质性肺疾病患者行普通CT和高分辨CT(HRCT)检查并分析其影像特点。结果沿支气管血管束分布的结节影是结节病较具特征性的肺内改变;呈周边分布的网织影则常见于特发性肺纤维化;外源性过敏性肺泡炎既可见空气—间腔影,也可为结节影或网织影。结论CT检查对间质性肺疾病有一定的诊断价值。

Study on the values of CT images in diagnosing interstitial lung diseases

Objective To investigate the diagnosing effect of CT manifestations for patients with interstitial lung diseases.Methods The71patients with their diagnoses of interstitial lung diseases confirmed in our and some other hospitals from Aug.1994to Sep.2003were examined with CT or high-resolution CT(HRCT)and their results were analysed and evaluated.Results The nodular shadows distributed mainly along the broncho-vascular bronches were characteristic features of sarcoidosis.The peripheral reticular shadows were often seen in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.While extrinsic allergic alveolitis might present either as air-space shadows or as nodular shadows.Conclusion CT images have active effects on the diagnosis of interstitial lung diseases.
