| 摘 要： | 目的观察半导体激光配合传统治疗方法治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效.方法将临床确诊的78例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例,对照组30例.治疗组口服罗红霉素、沐舒坦,同时行患耳半导体激光照射;对照组只口服罗红霉素、沐舒坦.疗程均为一周.结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为94.75%和73.33%,两组间有效率差异具有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论配合半导体激光治疗,可提高分泌性中耳炎疗效,明显缩短病程.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of semiconductor laser therapy (SLT) supplemented with routine one on secretary otitis media(SOM). Methods 78 cases with SOM were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 case in treating group(TG) treated with SLT combined with roxithromycin and mucosolvan orally given and 30 cases in controlling group (CG) treated only with roxithromycin and mucosolvan. The therapeutic course was lasted for one week for both groups. Results The total effective rates were 94. 75% and 73. 33% for TG and CG respectively,with a significant difference between them(P<0.05). Conclusion The studied therapy combined SLT with routine one is effective for the treatment of SOM,both in improving therapeutic effects and in shortening the ill course. |
