腹腔镜手术器械在经肛门直肠肿瘤切除术中的应用

目的 探讨经肛门直肠肿瘤切除术中应用腹腔镜手术器械的可行性.方法 对11例直肠良性肿瘤病人应用腹腔镜手术器械辅助经肛门施行直肠肿瘤切除术.结果 手术时间10～125min(平均32min),出血量平均18ml,术后2例有里急后重感,无其他并发症,随访1～30月无复发.结论 该手术具有安全、有效、创伤小、时间短、操作简单的优点,可替代部分进腹手术.

The application of laparoscope operation instrument in transanal rectal tumor resection

Abstract] Objective To determine the feasibility of using laparoscopic operation instrument in transanal rectal tumor resection. Methods 11 patients with rectal benign tumor were resected with laparoscopic operation instrument to assist to perform transanal rectal tumor resection. Results The operation took 10 to 125 minutes (average 32 minutes) and its average bleeding volume was 18 ml. 2 cases had rectal tenesmus after operation.There was no other complication.The patients have been followed up for 1 ~ 30 months, but none of them had relapsed .Conclusion The operation has many adventages,such as effciency ,safety,less trauma,shorter operation time and simpler procedure.It can replace introabdominal operation partly.
