| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脚间窝区巨大肿瘤的诊断和显微手术治疗的方法。方法回顾性分析56例经显微手术治疗的脚间窝区巨大肿瘤患者的临床资料。这56例肿瘤患者均在全麻下行改良Yasargil翼点入路开颅手术治疗。结果全切46例,次全切10例。其中垂体瘤25例,全切23例,次全切2例;颅咽管瘤14例,全切9例,次全切5例;脑膜瘤9例,均全切;视交叉胶质瘤2例,全切1例,次全切1例;下丘脑胶质瘤3例,全切2例,次全切1例;生殖细胞瘤2例,全切1例,次全切1例;错构瘤1例全切。术后无死亡病例。52例获得随访2月-14年,平均3.5年,51例恢复正常生活,1例术后半年死于癫痫大发作;4例术后2年以上肿瘤复发。结论采用改良Yasargil翼点入路能满足脚间窝区不同类型肿瘤的显露,显微手术是治疗脚间窝区巨大肿瘤的有效方法。
