针刺治疗晚期消化道肿瘤厌食症27例疗效观察

目的：观察针刺治疗晚期消化道肿瘤厌食症的临床疗效。方法：将50例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤出现厌食症的患者随机分为2组。对照组23例，予复方苦参注射液及中／长链脂肪乳治疗；治疗组27例，在对照组治疗基础上加用针刺（取穴：足三里、上巨虚、下巨虚、阳陵泉）治疗。疗程为4周。观察食欲状况改善情况、卡氏评分及体重变化。结果：食欲状况改善总有效率治疗组为96．30％，对照组为69．57％，2组比较。差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后治疗组体重增加高于对照组。2组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：针刺治疗可改善晚期消化道肿瘤患者食欲状况，提高生存质量。

Treatment of Anorexia in Late Stage Tumor of Digestive Tract by Acupuncture: A Clinical Observation of 27 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture for anorexia in late stage tumor of digestive tract (ALTDT) . Methods: 50 cases of ALTDT were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The control group (23 cases) was treated by Sophora Flavescentis Injection and middle/long chain fat milk, the treatment group based on the treatment of control group and added with acupuncture, acupoints: Zusanli (ST 36), Shangjuxu (ST 37), Xiajuxu (ST 39) and Yanglingquan (GB 34). 4 weeks constituted the course of treatment. The improvement of anorexia, the Chi-square scoring and the changes of body weight were observed. Results: The total effective rate on the improvement of appetite was 96. 30% and 69. 57% in treatment group and control group respectively ( P < 0. 05). In treatment group, the increase of body weight was higher than control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can improve the appetite in late stage tumor of digestive tract and increase the life quality.
