VEGF-C、CD44V6表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移的相关性研究

目的探讨宫颈癌淋巴转移的机制.方法应用免疫组化二步法(Elivision),检测血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、CD44V6在浸润性宫颈癌中的表达,结合临床病理资料进行分组比较,对实验结果进行统计学处理.结果 VEGF-C、CD44V6的阳性表达率在有淋巴结转移组中分别为85%、80%,高于未发生淋巴结转移组的32.4%和54%(P＜0.05).在VEGF-C和CD44V6共阳性表达组,淋巴结转移率明显增高(P＜0.01).结论 CD44V6、VEGF-C阳性表达是影响宫颈癌淋巴结转移的相关因子可作为预测淋巴结转移的有用指标指导临床.

The expression of VEGF-C, CD44V6 and its correlation with lymphatic metastasis in human invasive cervical cancer

Objective To study the mechanism of tumor metastasis in cervical cancer. Methods To detect the expression of VEGF-C and CD_ 44V_6 in paraffin samples of 57 cases invasive cervical caner, by dint of SPSS 11.0 software, we analyzed statistically the correlation between the immunohistochemical results and the clinicopathological features (status of lymph node metastasis). Results There was a significant difference between the expression of VEGF-C and CD_ 44V_6 in tissues with lymph node metastasis and those without, with the expression ratios being 85% and 80%, 32.4% and 54% respectively (P< 0.05). A higher positive ratios of lymph-node metastasis were found in the cases with co-expression of VEGF-C and CD_ 44V_6 (P< 0.01). Conclusion Expression of VEGF-C and CD_ 44V_6 may play an important role in the progress of tumor growth and metastasis, thus would be a specific index of forecasting and prognosis for cervical cancer.
