疏肝明目饮结合针刺为主治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床研究

目的:观察疏肝明目饮结合针刺为主疗法与西医常规疗法治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效。方法:将60例(88眼)缺血性视神经病变患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例(44眼)采用疏肝明目饮结合针刺为主治疗,对照组30例(44眼)运用西医常规疗法治疗。结果:两组治疗后视力、振幅、视野及临床疗效比较,P值均小于0.05,统计学上有显著性差异。结论:本法能够有效地治疗缺血性视神经病变,且其临床疗效优于西医常规疗法。

The Herbal Drugs of Dispersing the Depressed Liver-qi and Dredging the Meridian Combined with Treatment Based on Acupuncture to Treat the Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the two different methods （one method is dispersing the depressed liver-qi and dredging the meridian combined with treatment based on acupuncture, the other is general treatment of west medicine）to treat the ischemic optic neuropathy.Method：60 patients （88 eyes） whose symptoms reach the standard of supposed ischemic optic neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups： the first group was treating group ,with 30 cases （44 eyes）, the second group was controlling group, with 30cases （44 eyes）. The patients ot：the ttreating group were treated by dispersing the depressed liver-qi and dredging the meridian combined with treatment based on acupuncture, and the others were treated by general treatment of west medicine.Result： Comparing the differences of the vision ,the amplitude of wave P100 in VEP ,the visual field and the clinical effects between the two groups atter being treated, all the results showed that P 〈0.05, which means there was significant difference.Conclusion：This method can treat the ischemic optic neuropathy effectively, and superior to the controlling group.
