三妙胶囊治疗前列腺增生药理研究

目的 :观察三妙胶囊对丙酸睾丸素致大、小鼠前列腺增生的影响。方法 :皮下注射丙酸睾丸素 (雄性小鼠 5g·kg^-1·d^-1,21d ;雄性大鼠 3g·kg^-1·d^-1,14d)造成前列腺增生动物模型。给药组分别灌胃 :三妙胶囊组小鼠 3 6.3 ,18.2 g·kg^-1,大鼠 25.2,12.6g·kg^-1;前列康组 1.9g·kg^-1。正常对照组和模型对照组灌胃等体积生理盐水。末次给药后 24h ,测定雌二醇 (E2)、碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)和血清锌 (Zn²⁺) ;处死动物 ,取前列腺称重 ,计算前列腺指数并进行病理学检查。结果 :三妙胶囊可降低前列腺增生模型大、小鼠的前列腺湿重和前列腺指数 (P <0.01) ,提高血清E2活性 (P<0.01) ,抑制血清Zn²⁺浓度 (P<0.01)。结论 :三妙胶囊有治疗前列腺增生作用 ,其机理可能与提高血清E2活性、降低Zn2 +浓度有关。

Experimental Study on Effect of Sanmiao Mixture Capsules on Prostate Hyperplasia in Mice and Rats

Objective:To observe the effect of Sanmiao Mixture Capsules(SMC)on prostate hyperplasia in mice and rats.Method:The model of prostate hyperplasia was made by injecting testosterone propionate in to male mice(5g·kg^-1·d^-1,21d)and rats(3g·kg^-1·d^-1 ,14d).The treated group was administered SMC(mice:36.3g·kg^-1 and 18.2g·kg^-1 ;rats:25.2g·kg ^-1and12.6g·kg ^-1 ),the normal control group 1.9g·kg ^-1 ,and the model control group NS. hours after the last administration serum tests were carried out on E 2, AKP and Zn²⁺.Then the animals were killed,prostates taken out and weighed,index of prostate was calculated and pathological examination performed .Result : In the SMC treated group,the prostate weight and index were lowered( P<0.01) the mean activation of E2 was raised,and the mean concentration of AKP and Zn²⁺was inhibited ( P < 0.01).Conclusion:SMC are helpful in checking prostate hyperplasia in mice and rats,the mechanism being probably related to the raising of activation of E2 as well as to the inhibition of concentration of AKP and Zn ²⁺ .
