兔脑缺血时体感诱发电位的改变及胞二磷胆碱作用的观察

摘    要:本实验通过阻断兔双侧椎动脉和颈总动脉血流建成全脑缺血模型。观察到脑缺血时,SEPs各波发放潜伏时、峰潜时延长,波幅降低,直至消失。恢复脑血液供应后,SEPs各波潜伏时逐渐缩短,波幅增大,趋于脑缺血前水平。CDP-choline可明显促进缺血脑功能的恢复。

Abstract:Global ischemia model was produced in rabbit by occluding bothvertibral and common carotid arteries. During brain ischemia the onset and peaklatencies of SEPs gradually increased, the amplitudes became lower, till all wavesdisappeared. After reconstruction of brain blood flow the latencies decreased andthe amplitudes increased to the control level. CDP-choline improved the recoveryof SEPs caused by brain ischemia obviously.
