麝香保心丸对心绞痛血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察服用麝香保心丸(SXBXW)6个月对冠心病心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的改善作用。方法 80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为SXBXW组和对照组。SXBXW组在冠心病心绞痛常规治疗的基础上加用SXBXW每天6丸,服用6个月。以超声测定肱动脉血流介导内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)作为评价血管内皮功能的主要指标。在治疗前及治疗6个月时检测FMD及血液中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)这些血管内皮功能相关因子。结果治疗6个月两组的FMD均有明显改善(P<0.05),且SXBXW组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后SXBXW组NO、ET均明显改善(P<0.05),且明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者长期服用SXBXW可明显改善血管内皮功能。

Effect on vascular endothelium function of SXBXW administration in patients with angina pectoris

Abstract:Objective to investigate the effects of Shexiang baoxinwan (SXBXW) on vascular endothelium function in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,who used them for 6 months. Methods Eight patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly into the SXBXW group and the control group. The endothelial -dependent flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD) of the brachial artery was the main evaluation of vascular endothelium function by ultrasound, which were detected at the admission and the end of the 6'hmonth. Meanwhile, the factors related to the endothelium function in blood were also detected,which involved nirtogen oxide (NO), endothelin (ET). Results Six months later, the FMD was improved significantly in both groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the FMD in SXBXW group was distinctly higher than that in the control group' s ( P 〈 0.05 ). The SXBXW group' s NO and ET were improved after therapy ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and obviously better than the control group after 6 months ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Administration of SXBXW conld improve endothelium function in the patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris significantly.
