摘    要:目的通过实际测量调查,了解新疆某医院PET/CT工作场所中辐射性水平;提出相应的辐射安全管理对策。方法使用Identifinder-N型X-γ剂量计和能谱仪、FH40G+FHT752型中子剂量当量仪、BH3206型表面沾污仪进行工作场所监测。结果部分工作场所γ外照射明显高于环境本底水平,其中加速器防护门γ辐射剂量率最高达到7.92μGy/h,机房外环境的中子剂量率为辐射环境本底水平,β放射性表面污染属于正常水平;估算出职业工作人员年均有效剂量为3.99mSv,符合5 mSv/a的管理限值。结论应加强对PET/CT工作场所辐射安全管理,降低工作场所环境放射性水平,并提出相应的辐射安全管理对策。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the radiation level in workplace of PET/CT at a hospital in Xinjiang Province through actual measurement,and put forward corresponding radiation safety management countermeasures.Methods]Identifinder-N-X,γdosimeters and spectrometer,FH40G + FHT752 neutron dose meter,BH3206 surface contamination analyzer were adopted for workplace monitoring.Results] In some workplace,γ external exposure was significantly higher than the ambient background,the level of accelerator protective doors γ radiation dose rate was up to 7.92 μGy/h;the neutron dose rate radiation,outside the room environment,was at the background level;βradioactive surface contamination was at a normal level;the average annual effective dose of professional staff was estimated about 3.99mSv,in line with the management limits of 5 mSv in/a.Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen radiation safety management in the workplace of the PET/CT,to reduce the radioactivity levels of the workplace environment,and prompt the corresponding radiation safety management countermeasures
