| 摘 要： | 目的比较头孢硫脒与盐酸消旋山莨菪碱治疗急性感染性腹泻患儿的疗效。方法 90例急性感染性腹泻患儿,分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予盐酸消旋山莨菪碱,观察组给予头孢硫脒。结果观察组总有效率为100.00%优于对照组84.44%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论头孢硫脒治疗小儿急性感染性腹泻患者疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective Comparison of the efficacy of Cefathiamidine and Raceanisodamine hydrochlo- ride in treatment of acute infectious diarrhea in children. Methods In 90 patient＇s of acute infective diarrhea, divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group： racanisodamine hydrochloride, the observation group： cefathiamidine. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 100. 00% higher than 84.44% in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion It＇s good efficacy that Cefathiamidine treatment of acute infectious diarrhea. |
