| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨锁定加压钢板配合中医药治疗各型高龄股骨转子间骨折中的临床疗效。方法:将所选股骨转子间骨折患者26例给予采用经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定手术治疗,并在术后给予中药口服。结果:骨折均愈合,无明显髋内翻畸形及内固定物松动、断裂等;根据Sanders功能评分:优23例,良3例,优良率100%。结论:中西医结合可有效治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折,且临床疗效显著。

Treating 26 cases of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture by locking compression steel plate combined with TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of locking compression steel plate combined with TCM on treating the elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:26 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression steel plate internal fixation operation treatment,and given TCM after surgery.Results:Patients with fractures healed were all healed,have no obvious hip varus deformity and loose internal fixation,fracture;according to the Sanders function score:excellent in 23 cases,good in 3 cases,the excellent rate was 100%.Conclusion:Integrative medicine can treat femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly effectively,and the clinical curative effect is obvious. |
