| 摘 要： | 目的研究尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(urokinase-type plasminogen,uPA)和粘着斑激酶(Fo-cal Adhesion Kinase,FAK)在髓母细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测80例髓母细胞瘤中uPA和FAK的表达,结合临床随访,使用Cox回归统计分析和Spearman相关分析。结果 uPA和FAK的染色定位于肿瘤细胞。Cox回归分析显示uPA和FAK是影响生存时间的独立的预后因子,它与预后存在高度负相关关系。Spearman相关分析显示uPA和FAK存在正相关关系。结论 uPA和FAK可能是预测髓母细胞瘤预后的独立的预后因子。uPA和FAK两者存在正相关关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the expression and evaluate the clinical significance of urokinase-type plasminogen activator （uPA） and FAK inmedulloblastoma. Methods LSAB （labelled streptavidin biotin method） immunohistochemieal technique was applied for detecting the expression ofuPAand FAK in 80 patients withmedulloblastoma. The results were summarized by follow-up survey with Cox regression analysis and Spearman correlation analysis. Results The staining for uPAand FAK was localized on tumor cells. Cox re- gression analysis showed that uPAand FAK were independent prognostic factor affecting survival, and they had a negative correlation with the prognosis. Moreover, UPA had a positive correlation with FAK. Conclusion uPA and FAK appears to be an independent marker for predicting the prognosis ofmedulloblastom. UPA had a posi- tive correlation with FAK. |
