锁定加压接骨板四肢骨折断裂的原因分析

目的通过观察接骨板断裂的病例,分析其断裂的原因。方法临床上共观察行锁定加压接骨板治疗的患者80例,其中,发生接骨板断裂患者6例,对该6例患者的情况进行分析,总结出发生断裂的可能原因。结果本组所有发生断裂的病例均有早期过早活动的情况,而发生断裂的原因是多方面的,有螺针使用不当、钢板选择不当、临床操作不当、解剖复位要求过渡等多方面的原因。结论正确选择螺针、钢板,规范临床操作,可以减少接骨板发生断裂的概率。
