腹膜透析在重症急性胰腺炎救治中应用分析

目的探讨腹膜透析在重症急性胰腺炎救治中应用。方法采取腹膜透析治疗组46例,采取基础治疗对照组40例,观察两组患者的血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、死亡率等情况,并进行比较。结果腹膜透析治疗组46例中死亡5例,死亡率10.86%,基础治疗对照组40例中死亡12例,死亡率达30.00%;经统计学分析比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膜腹透析在重症急性胰腺炎救治中应用可以有效的对循环中炎症介质进行清除,减轻全身炎症反应;可以将渗入腹腔的胰酶、炎症介质进行清除减少对胰腺及周围器官破坏;可以减轻胰腺水肿、促进肠麻痹恢复。

Application analysis of peritoneal dialysis in severe acute pancreatitis treatment

Objective To explore the peritoneal dialysis in severe acute pancreatitis treatment applica- tion. Methods To take on is divided into 46 cases of peritoneal dialysis treatment group to take the basic treat- ment in the control group of 40 cases, two groups were observed serum amylase normal time, mortality, and compare. Results 46 cases of peritoneal dialysis treatment group, 5 patients died, a mortality rate of 10. 86% basic treatment control group, 40 cases of death in 12 cases, the mortality rate of 30. 00%. Signficant difference between the two group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Abdominal dialysis membrane in severe acute pancreatitis treatment can be effective mediators of inflammation in the loop to clear, reduce the systemic inflammatory re- sponse; can penetrate the abdominal cavity of trypsin, inflammatory mediators to be cleared to reduce the de- struction of the pancreas and surrounding organs,reduce pancreatic edema, and promote the recovery of intesti- nal paralysis.
