心脏手术后血管麻痹综合征的诊治

目的 总结心脏手术后血管麻痹综合征的诊断与处理。方法 2003年1月至2003年11月间心脏外科手术后所发生的,符合血管麻痹综合征临床表现的2例病例,结合文献总结治疗经验。结果 2例病人经及时大剂量血管收缩药的应用均抢救成功,无1例死亡。结论 血管麻痹综合征是心脏手术后一种较少见的并发症,如果不及时处理可导致严重后果,及时诊断和处理可以提高患者的生存率。

Diagnosis and treatment of vasoplegic syndrome after open heart surgery

Objective To review the experiencfe of diagnosis and management for vasoplegic syndrome aftercardiac surgery. Methods Combinating relative references, The clinical feathers of the 2 cases of the vasoplegicsyndrome after cardiac surgery occurred from January 2003 to November 2003 were reviewed. We commentedthe management experience. Results Treated with a big dosage of vasoconstrictor drugs. both 2cases were alive.Conclusions Vasoplegic syndrome is a less but serious complication. Given more attention to this syndrome andtreated in time. The outcome of this syndrome will be improved.
