丹芍活血行气汤治疗慢性盆腔炎108例疗效观察

目的:观察丹芍活血行气汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将186例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组108例用丹芍活血行气汤(处方:丹参、赤芍、牡丹皮、乌药、川楝子、延胡索、香附、桃仁、败酱草、当归)治疗,对照组78例用妇科千金片治疗。2组均以2月为1疗程。观察临床疗效并检测T淋巴细胞亚群及血液流变学水平。结果:治疗组与对照组基本治愈率、总有效率分别为37.96％、87.96％和20.51％、61.54％。2组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。丹芍活血行气汤能改善血影度,对T淋细胞亚群有调节作用,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:丹芍活血行气汤治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效好,毒副反应少,其作用机制可能是改善血液循环,促进炎症吸收和调节机体免疫功能。

Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation by Danshao Huoxue Xingqi Decoction:A Clinical Observation of 108 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of DanshaoHuoxue Xingqi Decoction (DHXD) for chronic pelvic inflammation(CPI). Methods: 186 cases of CPI were allocated to treatment groupand control group randomly. The treatment group (108 cases) wastreated by DHXD (composed by Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, RadixPaeoniae Rubrum, Cortex Moutan, Radix Linderae, Fructus Toosen-dan, Rhizoma Corydalis, hizoma Cyperi, Semen Persicae, Herba Pa-triniae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis) and control group by FukeQianjin Tablet. 2 weeks constituted a course of treatment. The cura-tive effects, subgroup of T lymphocytes and blood rheology were de-termined. Results: The basic cured rate and total effective rate were37. 96%, 87. 96% and 20. 51%, 61. 54% in treatment group andcontrol group respectively (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion:DHXD possesses a good curative effect for CPI and is few of toxicand side effects, its mechanism may be related with the improve-ment of blood circulation, promotion of inflammation absorption andregulation of the immunological function.
