加入WTO后我国卫生体系应对策略研究

加入WTO对我国卫生体系将产生重大影响，应采取调整区域卫生规划，加强行业自律，推行医疗机构分类管理政策，强化对医疗市场的监管，加强医院经营管理，完善医院服务的价值补偿，推进医疗机构产权制度改革等措施加以应对，同时建立与市场经济相适应的医疗保险体系和卫生监督执法体系。

Study on the countermeasures of health system after entering the WTO in China

There should be very import impact on health system after entering the WTO in China. In the paper, some countermeasures were proposed to meet the challenge. We should adjust the regional health planning, strengthen self-discipline in practice, advance classified management in medical institutions, and regulate supervision and administration in medical market. We also should perfect hospital management, price compensation in health care, and the reform of property right system in medical institutions. In the same time, the feasible medical insurance system and health supervision system should be built to meet social market economy.
