| 摘 要： | 依托医院各个系统功能的应用，用卡作介质，采用硬件加密技术，利用银行成熟完善的资金帐户管理能力。建设医院“一卡通”系统。“一卡通”系统的使用，提升了医院管理能力和服务质量，使患者就医更加便捷、安全，医院也提高了准确率、工作效率。

| Abstract: | It is be establish versatile card system platform, which provides a unified authentication mechanism and electronic means of payment for hospitals in all systems. Relying on various system functions used in the hospital in a system, using cards as a medium, using hardware-based encryption technology, Using the bank mature sound financia and account management capabilities, to build the hospital versatile card system. Versatile card system used to improve hospital management capacity and service quality, it is convenient safety for patients; it is more increased accuracy and efficiency for the hospitals. |
