不同方法治疗锁骨骨折的疗效比较

目的：探讨锁骨骨折的治疗方法。方法：1998年3月-2005年6月113例Ⅰ类锁骨骨折病人分别采用非手术治疗、切开复位骨圆针内固定、记忆合金环形抱骨板和AO重建钛钢板4种方法治疗。术后随访3周～24个月。结果：临床疗效接连学全等拟定的标准进行评价。手术治疗共54例，50例优良，优良率92．6％。非手术治疗59例，51例优良，优良率86．4％。手术与非手术治疗优良率无明显差异。结论：锁骨骨折的手术治疗与非手术治疗临床疗效相同。3种手术治疗方法中，AO重建钢板可根据锁骨形态塑形，内固定牢靠，并发症相对较少，是1种比较理想的手术治疗方法。

The Analysis of Non-surgery and Surgery Treatment of Clavicular Fracture

Objective:To probe the way of the treatment of clavicular fracture. Methods: From March 1998 to June of 2005 , a total of 113 patients, who was 18~50 years old and had the fracture of clavicle, was treated with surgery or non-surgery treatment. They were all followed up for 3 weeks to 24 months after treatment. Results: Among the 54 patients of operative treatment, 50 were excellent and satisfactory , and 51 of 59 non-operation treatment patients were the excellent and satisfactory according to the Lian Xuequan's standards. There were no difference between the two ways of treatment. Conclusion: The surgery treatment of clavicular fracture had the same good effect as the non - operation treatment. Among the three kinds of operation methods, purity titanium plate internal fixation was the most favorable.
