摘    要:目的:为了呈现实验动物慢性缺氧的病理过程,研制一种构建慢性缺氧动物模型装置。方法:该装置主要由水槽箱、缺氧箱、动物平台、方槽、金属手柄杆、测氧仪等组成。水槽箱底部设置有动物平台,缺氧箱内部设置有分别放置碱石灰及测氧仪的方槽。水槽箱、缺氧箱均由透明有机玻璃加工制成。结果:该装置利用水封法能够保证缺氧箱内密闭状态,实现氧气逐渐消耗的慢性缺氧过程,从而建立不同程度的慢性缺氧模型。结论:该装置结构简单、操作方便、实用性强,且可以重复使用,适用于教学及科研工作。

Abstract:Objective To develop a new device foe establishing the chronic hypoxia model in order to present the pathological process of chronic hypoxia in experimental animals.Methods The device was mainly composed of a water tank,an anoxic tank,an animal platform,squares,a metal handle rod and oxygen meters.The animal platform was arranged at the bottom of the tank.The anoxic tank was provided with four squares for placing alkali lime and oxygen meters respectively.The water and anoxic tanks were both made of transparent organic glass.Results The device ensured the airtightness of the anoxic tank by method of using water sealing,and the process of chronic hypoxia was realized as the oxygen consumed slowly,then degrees of chronic hypoxia models were established successfully.Conclusion The device gains advantages in simple structure,convenient operation,practicability and reusability,and thus is worthy promoting for teaching and scientific research.
