短暂性脑缺血发作320排动态容积CT全脑灌注联合CT血管成像研究

摘    要:目的:研究分析短暂性脑缺血发作320排动态容积CT全脑灌注联合CT血管成像。方法:在2018年10月-2019年10月于我院就诊的短暂性脑缺血发作患者中随机选择56例进行研究。所有患者均接受320排动态容积CT全脑灌注联合CT血管成像进行诊断。对比患者患侧与镜像对侧的血流量、血容量、平均通过时间、达峰时间以及延迟时间等灌注参数。结果:患侧与镜像对侧的血流量、血容量、平均通过时间、达峰时间以及延迟时间等灌注参数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在平均通过时间、达峰时间和延迟时间的患侧与镜像对侧灌注参数比值方面,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:320排动态容积CT全脑灌注联合CT血管成像对于短暂性脑缺血发作进行诊断评价具有可行性,可有效评价患者的血管情况及脑组织血流灌注情况。

Study on 320-row dynamic volume CT perfusion of whole brain combined with CT angiography in transient ischemic attack

Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the dynamic volume of CT whole cerebral perfusion combined with CT angiography in transient ischemic attack.Methods 56 patients with transient ischemic attack were randomly selected from October 2018 to October 2019.All patients were diagnosed with 320 row dynamic volume CT whole cerebral perfusion combined with CT angiography.The blood flow,blood volume,average transit time,peak time and delay time were compared between the affected side and the opposite side of the mirror image.Results The blood flow,blood volume,average transit time and peak time between the affected side and the opposite side of the mirror image were as follows:the blood flow,the blood volume,the mean transit time and the peak time were compared.There were significant differences in perfusion parameters such as delay time and delay time (P<0.05).There were significant differences in mean transit time,peak time and ratio of perfusion parameters between affected side and mirror image (P<0.05).Conclusion 320 row dynamic volume CT global cerebral perfusion combined with CT angiography is feasible for the diagnosis and evaluation of transient ischemic attack and can effectively evaluate the vascular status of patients.
