64排CT肺动脉造影在肺栓塞影像诊断中的应用价值评估

目的:判断64排CT肺动脉造影在肺栓塞影像诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾研究2015年12月至2019年12月在我院接受研究的肺栓塞疾病患者18例,18例患者均采用64排螺旋CT肺动脉造影检查,结合使用VR、MIP、MPR以及Curve等技术完成图像分析重建处理并集成结果。结果:使用64排CT肺动脉造影显影清晰,且可发现肺栓塞好发于主肺动脉以及双下肺动脉,特别是双下肺动脉,受累率可达64.19%;结合患者CTPA表现分析可知直接征象中钝角型充盈缺损率为45.72%,间接征象中胸腔积液率为43.58%。结论:使用64排CT肺动脉造影可清晰见肺栓塞影像成影,从而为临床确诊肺栓塞提供了极大的依据,应用价值高。

Evaluation of 64 slice CT pulmonary angiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism

Objective To evaluate the value of 64 slice CT pulmonary angiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.Methods From December 2015 to December 2019,18 patients with pulmonary embolism who were studied in our hospital were reviewed.64 slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography was used in 18 patients.VR,MIP,MPR and curve were used to complete image analysis and reconstruction and integrate the results.Results With 64 slice CT pulmonary angiography,pulmonary embolism was found to occur in the main pulmonary artery and the double inferior pulmonary artery,especially in the double inferior pulmonary artery,with the incidence of 64.19%;combined with the CTPA performance analysis of the patients,it was found that the blunt angle filling defect rate was 45.72% in the direct signs,and the pleural effusion rate was 43.58% in the indirect signs.Conclusion Using 64 slice CT pulmonary arteriography can clearly show the image of pulmonary embolism,which provides a great basis for clinical diagnosis of pulmonary embolism and has high application value.
