摘    要:阐释了用不同的神经影像数据构建脑功能连接网络的方法,介绍了滑动时间窗算法、小波变换法、同步似然性算法3种动态功能连接算法,综述了动态脑功能连接分析在各种神经精神疾病尤其是精神分裂症、重度抑郁症和阿尔茨海默病中的研究与应用进展。分析了动态脑功能连接研究存在的问题与局限性,指出了结合可靠性检验、机器学习等方法将大大开拓其对神经精神疾病的研究。

Abstract:The methods of constructing brain functional network were expounded with different neuroimaging data.Three algorithms of dynamic brain functional connectivity were introduced including sliding time window algorithm,wavelet transform algorithm and synchronous likelihood algorithm.The research and application progress of dynamic brain functional connectivity analysis in various neuropsychiatric diseases were reviewed,especially schizophrenia,severe depression and Alzheimer's disease.The problems and limitations in the study of dynamic brain functional connectivity were analyzed,and it's pointed out that the combination of reliability test,machine learning and other methods would greatly expand its research on neuropsychiatric diseases.
