多维度协同护理对老年冠心病并心力衰竭心理状态及预后分析

目的多维度协同护理对老年冠心病并心力衰竭心理状态的影响及预后分析。方法选择2017年2月-2019年3月我院收治的冠心病并心力衰竭老年71例患者作为研究对象,分为研究组(36例)与对照组(35例),对照组行常规护理,研究组接受多维度协同护理,观察两组的心理状态及预后。结果研究组SAS(38.62±4.05)分、SDS(34.11±4.18)分,相较对照组均明显更低(P<0.05);社会(87.59±6.92)分、生理(83.41±8.67)分、心理(85.63±7.46)分、总体健康(82.88±8.04)分高于对照组;研究组满意度97.22%,相较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论多维度协同护理在老年冠心病并心力衰竭效果显著,可改善心理状态,提升其生活质量,且护理满意度高。

Analysis of Psychological Status and Prognosis of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart failure by Multi-dimensional Collaborative Nursing

Objective The effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on the psychological status of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure and prognosis.Methods A total of 71 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019,which were enrolled in the study group(36 patients)and the control group(35 patients).The control group was given the routing care,and the study group received multi-dimensional collaborative care,then observed the psychological status and prognosis of the two groups.Results The SAS(38.62±4.05)and SDS(34.11±4.18)of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the social(87.59±6.92)and the physiological(83.41±8.67),psychological(85.63±7.46)and overall health(82.88±8.04)in study group were higher than the control group;the satisfaction of study group was 97.22%,which was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing was effective in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,which could improve mental state,improve their quality of life,and have high satisfaction with nursing.
