临床应用核磁共振技术诊断膝关节损伤的价值分析

摘    要:目的:分析在膝关节损伤诊断中应用核磁共振技术的临床应用价值。方法:将64例膝关节损伤作为本次实验的研究对象,使用数字随机法将其分配为参照组和研究组,每组32例患者,并分别使用常规CT检查、核磁共振技术检查,对比两种不同检查方法的检出率。结果:据本次对照实验调查来看,核磁共振技术的检出率更高,且明显高于使用常规C T检查的参照组,数据间存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膝关节损伤的诊断过程中应用核磁共振技术可有效提高检出率,对后续针对性治疗有重要帮助。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injury.Method 64 cases of knee joint injury were taken as the research object of this experiment.They were divided into reference group and research group by digital random method.32 patients in each group were examined by routine CT and MRI respectively.The detection rate of two different examination methods was compared.Results According to the investigation of this control experiment,the detection rate of MR and MR was higher,and significantly higher than that of the reference group using conventional CT,and there was significant difference between the data(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MRI and MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injury can effectively improve the detection rate,which is important for the follow-up targeted treatment.
