彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值分析

目的:观察与分析彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:对我院2017年11月至2019年9月前来我院就诊的乳腺癌患者进行筛选,选择130例乳腺癌患者作为本次研究的对象,所有患者均经过病理学证实为乳腺癌。并选择同期接受检查的130例健康体检者作为研究对象,两组均接受了彩色多普勒超声检查与乳腺钼靶X线摄影检查,并将两种方式的检查结果与病理学结果进行比较,对比两种检查方式的准确性、灵敏度与特异性。结果:彩色多普勒超声检查的准确度、灵敏度以及特异性均高于乳腺钼靶检查,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查可以较好地筛查乳腺癌患者,对乳腺癌诊断准确度灵敏度以及特异性较高,可为临床诊断与治疗乳腺癌提供有效的依据。

Analysis of diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer

Objective To observe and analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer.Methods The breast cancer patients who came to our hospital from November 2017 to September 2019 were screened.130 patients with breast cancer were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were confirmed to be breast cancer by pathology.130 healthy medical examinees who were examined during the same period were selected as the research subjects.Both groups received color Doppler ultrasound and mammography mammography,and compared the results of the two methods with the pathological results.Compare the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two inspection methods.Results The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasonography were higher than those of mammary molybdenum target examination,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can better screen breast cancer patients,and has high sensitivity and specificity for breast cancer diagnosis.It can provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
