| 摘 要： | 本文报告应用1986年《尘肺X线诊断标准》对按1963年《矽肺和石棉肺X线诊断标准》诊断的642例8种尘肺、(矽肺、煤矽肺、石棉肺、水泥尘肺、云母尘肺、电焊工尘肺、铸工尘肺及磨工尘肺)和120例观察对象的X线胸片进行了X线诊断及分期对照。同时对这8种尘肺应用1986年《尘肺X线诊断标准》做了胸片X线形态分析。 两个X线诊断标准的总符合率为92.3％;观察对象升为Ⅰ期的升期率为4.2％;Ⅰ期降期率为0.7％;Ⅱ期降期率为31.4％。8种尘肺X线胸片形态学改变以混合形小阴影为主,不规则形小阴影在尘肺X线诊断中与类圆形小阴影有相同的作用。

| Abstract: | 624 cases of pneumoconiosis including silicosis,coal worker's pneumoconiosis, asbestosis, cement pneumoconiosis, mica pneumoconiosis, siderosis, foundry worker's pneumoconiosis, and mold worker's pneumoconiosis and 120 cases of observational objects, as defined by the 1963 roentgenodiagnostic criteria of silicosis and asbestosis were diagnosed and analysed in chest radiographic morphologies according the 1986 roentgenodiagnostic criteria of pneumoconiosis.The total correspondence rate by two diagnostic criteria was 92.3%, In observational objects, the upgrading rate was 4.2%. In stage I the degrading rate was 0.7%. In stage II the degrading rate was 31.4%. In chest radiographic morphologies, the significant changes were mixed small opacities. In the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis the irregular small opacities are as effective as the rounded small opacities. |
