| 摘 要： | 目的了解温州地区中枢神经系统疾病患者的脑囊虫感染情况。方法用ELISA法检测温州市部分中枢神经系统疾病患者的囊虫特异性循环抗原和抗体。结果 407例中枢神经系统疾病患者血清囊虫特异性循环抗原阳性率为6.39％,特异性抗体阳性率为5.90％,总阳性率为7.13％。结论脑囊虫感染是温州市人群中枢神经系统疾病的一个重要原因,囊虫特异性循环抗原检测可作为中枢神经系统疾病初诊和疗效考核的诊断依据。

| Abstract: | To understand the condition of cysticercosis cellulosae iinfection of center nerve system sufferer in Wenzhou. Methods We examine circulation antigen and antibody of cysticercosis cellulosae in serum from center nerve system sufferer by ELISA. Results In 407 center nerve system sufferer, circulation antigen positive rate was 6.39%, antibody positive rate was 5.90%, and total positive rate was 7.13%. Conclusion In Wenzhou, cysticercosis cellulosae infection may be a major cause of center nerve system, and examination of circulation antigen could be evidence of center nerve system sufferer diagnosis and curative effect. |
