| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我院10年间收治的尿路结石328例及结石成分35例。结果上尿路结石242例(73.80％),有逐年增加趋势;下尿路结石86例(26.20％)。结石成分主要为草酸盐类。并对尿路结石手术及双侧上尿路石的诊断、治疗等问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The Paper Presents the clinical analysis of 328 cases with urolithiasis and chemical analysis of compositions of stones in 35 cases. The upper urinary stones were in 242 cases(73.80%) and the lower urinary stone in 85 cases (26.20%) The incidence of stone in the upper urinary tract tends to increase. The maim compositions of urolithiasis are oxalates, The operation of urinary stone and the diagnosis and treatment of bilateral upper urinary stone are discussed. |
