摘    要:国际原子能机构第398号报告(IAEA TRS-398)的推出,为医用电子直线加速器(LA)剂量校准提供了新的方法。主要特点是以基于吸收剂量校准因子替代基于照射量的校准因子,具有更多优点而成为LA剂量校准的发展趋势。作为军队大型医疗设备的技术主管部门,全军大型医疗设备检测研究中心依据IAEA TRS-398采用新的剂量校准方法,在军队范围率先推广使用。

Abstract:Technique report series No.598 published by International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA TRS-398)provides a new method of dose calibration of medical electron linear accelerator. The main characteristic is that chambers directly in a water phantom in terms of absorbed dose to water was introduced, instead of the factor based on primary standards of exposure, becoming new trend of dose calibration. As technical administrative department, the Medical Equipment Application Quality Test and Research Center of PLA releases a new method of dose calibration based on IAEA TRS-398 and promotes it in military medical agencys for the first time.
