| 摘 要： | 目的和方法：运用免疫组化SP法检测MMP-9、EGFR在68例膀胱移行细胞癌(TCCB)中的表达，分析它们与临床病理分级、分期的关系。结果：在TCCB中，MMP-9、EGFR高表达并与肿瘤分级、分期相关。MMP-9的表达与EGFR表达有相关性。MMP-9和EGFR的共同表达与表浅性TCCB的复发密切相关。结论：MMP-9、EGFR的表达对肿瘤的预后有提示作用，MMP-9与EGFR的联合检测对提示表浅性TCCB的复发有实际指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective and Methods:To investigate the expression of matrix metallopro teinase-9(MMP-9)and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)and,to evaluate the relationship between the expression and clinical stage,pathological grade in 68 patients with transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB).The expression of MMP-9 and ERGF was measured With SP immunohistochemical method (S-P method).Results:The higher expression of MMP-9 and EGFR was correlated with TCCB grade and stage.There were Correlations between the expression of MMP-9 and that of EGFR.There was significant positive correlations between the co-expression of MMP-9,EGFR and reccurance of Superficial TCCB.Conclusion:The expressions of MMP-9 and EGFR is predictors for the prognosis and reccurence of TCCB. |
