| 摘 要： | 在“心主神志”与“心主血脉”之间的协调关系理论指导下 ,用安心汤 (生地黄、丹皮、知母、黄柏、玉竹、麦冬、黄连、竹叶、枣仁等 )治疗经心电图 (EKG)或 2 4小时遥测动态心电图(DCG)明确的过早搏动患者 1 72例 ,并与炙甘草汤治疗 30例对比观察 ,结果有效率达 88 37% ,其疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,证实安心汤有较好地纠正过早搏动的疗效。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of the relationship between"Heart controls mind "and" Heart controls blood and pulse" ,Anxin Decoction ( consists of rehmannia dride rhizome,tree peony bark,common anemarrhena rhizome,fragrant solononseal rhizome,dwarf lilyturf tuber,coptis root,bamboo leaf and spine date seed,etc. ) is applied to treat 172 cases of premature beats diagnosed by means of EKG or 24-hour DCG,compared to 30 cases treated with Decoction of Liquorice Root Processed with Honey. The effectiveness rate comes to 88 37%,which is superior to the control group ( P <0.01). This proves that Anxin Decoction is effective in treating premature beats. |
