B超诊断纵隔子宫14例

目的探讨B超诊断纵隔子宫的临床应用价值.方法对经子宫、腹腔镜联合检查或三维超声重建成像(3D-US)确诊及分型的14例纵隔子宫的B超声像图分析.结果该组14例中10例B超诊断为部分性纵隔子宫,2例B超诊断为完全性纵隔子宫,1例B超诊断为完全性纵隔子宫合并阴道纵隔,1例正常.B超表现有:子宫体腔内膜分离征象13例,具有两个子宫颈管声像3例,具有阴道纵隔声像1例,当时显示正常1例.结论B超对于纵隔子宫的分型、诊断具有重要的临床意义.

Diagnosis of 14 cases septate uterus by brightness ultrasonography

Objective To study the clinical value of diagnosis septate uterus by Brightness Ultrasonography(B Ultrasonography, B-US). Method] We analyzed the B-US Appearance in 14 cases of septate uterus,which were confirmed and classification by united exam of hysteroscope and laparoscope or reconstruction of three dimension Ultrasonography (3D Ultrasonography, 3D-US). Result] Ten of 14 cases were diagnosed as partial septate uterus, 2 cases were diagnosed as complete septate uterus,1 case was diagnosed as longitudinal vaginal septum complicating complete septate uterus and 1 case was normal by B-US. B-US findings of septate uterus: "The separate sign"of uterian corpus endometrium in 13 cases, B-US findings of two cervical canals in 3 cases, B-US findings of longitudinal vaginal septum in 1 case, normal in 1 case. Conclusion] B Ultrasonography is very helpful to provide important information on classification and diagnosis of septate uterus.
