| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺（n-HA/PA66）在脊髓型颈椎病椎体次全切减压融合术中的应用效果。方法 对30例脊髓型颈椎病患者均行颈椎前路椎体次全切n-HA/PA66植入钛板内固定术，对其疗效及融合情况进行评价。结果 30例患者均成功完成手术并获得随访，随访时间9~17个月，平均12.6个月。所有患者神经症状均明显改善，植入物未引起过敏及毒性反应，颈椎生理曲度、椎间高度有良好的恢复和维持，术后6~8个月时获得植骨融合，n-HA/PA66人工椎体后缘存在不同程度的异位骨化。结论 n-HA/PA66人工椎体作为颈椎前路手术植骨材料融合率高，可以有效保持颈椎生理曲度及椎间高度。长期效果有待进一步观察。
