家具行业职业性苯中毒干预措施效果评价

摘    要:目的评价分析家具行业职业性苯中毒干预措施的实施效果,为职业病防治提供科学依据.方法采用实施前、后对比的方法,对设计的评价指标进行统计分析.结果经干预措施实施后,工人的职业病危害知晓率、个人防护用品正确使用率、就业前体检率、在用原材料无苯率以及作业场所苯浓度合格率均与干预前比较有明显的提高(P<0.01),职业性苯中毒发病数呈下降趋势.同时也显示了由于缺乏有效监督和管理,企业仍难以增加对作业环境改善和工人健康监护的投入.结论家具行业职业性苯中毒的干预措施不失为一种经济、可行、有效的方法,能有效控制家具行业职业性苯中毒的危害.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention for preventing occupational benzene toxicosis in the furniture industry and to provide evidence for occupational protection in this industry. Methods The designed evaluation indexes were statistically anahyzed by means of comparison before and after intervention. Results After the intervention measures were taken, the workers got more knowledge of occupational risk, more workers knew how to use properly individual protecting apparatuses and more workers were taken for physical examination before taking up a new work. After intevention the proportions of material without benzene and air samples that benzene concentration was below the health limited value increased obviously, and the number of patients of occupational benzene toxicosis tended to be decreasing (P<0.01). Conclusion This intervention measures was economical, feasible and effective for controlling occupational diseases.
