摘    要:目的 研究经胸二维超声心动图(two-dimensional echocardiography;2-DE),引导冠状窦电极导管(coronary sinus electric catheter;CSEC)置放入冠状静脉窦(coronarysinus;CS)的可行性。方法 40例顺序行心内电生理检查的患者,随机分为2-DE引导(A组)和X线引导(B组)行CSEC放置。结果 A、B二组放置CSEC的

Abstract:Objective To assess the value of two-dimensional echocardiography (22DE) as image guide in determing coronary sinus catheter (CSC) position and controlling advancement of CSC. Methods with continued 40 patients needed intracardial electrophysiologic studies ,22DE (20 patient ,group A) or X-ray (other 20 patients ,group B) was used as image guide to determine the position of CSC. Results The success rate of determing CSC in site was 95 % in group A and 100 % in group B ( P > 0.05) . The operation time needed in A and B was 4.8 ±5.2 and 4.1 ±2.3 minute individually ( P > 0.05) ,The exposure time of X-ray in A and B group was 0.15 ±0 minute and 3.2 ±2.1 minute individually ( P < 0.001) . Conclusion 2-DE as image guide ,could be used to determine CSC position and control advancement of CSC instead of Xray except of over obesity patient .
