盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液对体外循环患者cTnI的影响

目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液对体外循环（CPB）患者心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）的影响。方法美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）选择Ⅱ～Ⅲ级择期CPB下行心脏不停跳瓣膜置换手术患者40例,随机分为盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液组（A组）和对照组（B组）,每组20例。A组于CPB前10min静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液3mg,B组注入等量的生理盐水。分别记录CPB前、CPB1h、术后1、2、3d五个时点的cT-nI。结果两组患者CPB前的cTnI均为正常值,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组CPB1h及术后1、2、3d各时点的cTnI与CPB前比较均明显升高（P〈0.05）,与B组比较,A组的cTnI浓度明显小于B组（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液可降低CPB下心脏手术的cTnI的浓度,提示盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液有心肌保护的作用,

The influence of penehycledine hydrochloride injection on cTnI of patients with cardiopulmonary bypass

Objective To evaluate the influence of penehyeledine hydrochloride injection on eTnI of patients with cardiopulmonary bypass（CPB）. Methods 40 ASA Ⅱ-Ⅲ patients undergone vale replacement in beating heart were ramdomly divided into penehyclidine hydrochloride injection group （group A）and control group（group B）. Penehyclidine hydrochloride injection 3 mg was administered intranenously before CPB in group A,the dose of normal saline was administered in group B. The changs of the cTnI concentration were recorded at the following points：before CPB and after CPB 1 h, 1,2,3 days after surgery. Results cTnI concentration in both groups there were no significantly different before CPB. cTnI in group A was significantly lower than that in group B at CPB 1 h, 1,2,3 days after surgery. Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride injection decreased the cTnI concentration on CPB,it is possible that penehyclidine hydrochloride injection have protective effect on myocardial injury.
